Rob Butcher flys the Nomad flag at Woodland View

This week saw the Jubilee Nomads returning to Woodland View for the 3rd round of the ICS Winter Pairs League.

League leaders Phil Seedhouse and Andy Mitchell had mixed fortunes picking up 14 points on the day which saw them slip down the league to 5th place, but they are only 5 points off the top spot. So they are still up there and in contention with 4 more rounds left to fish in the league. Phil Seedhouse had the top Nomad weight of the day of 32lb finishing 4th on High Pool and took home the Nomad pound coins. The other Nomads struggled today, so we’ll just leave that there, but Rob Butcher continued the recent Nomad brown envelope run, also finishing 4th on his pool but also winning his cash section. Next Sunday the Nomads will return to Hillview for the Sunday open match.
