This week the Nomads racked up three tonne weights, Doug Smith with a match win on a Brookfields match at Woodland View with 126lb, Phil Seedhouse with 122lb 0oz to win his section at Hillview’s Saturday open and Stu Thomson with a 100lb also at Hillview. 

Saturday saw  three Nomads at Hiillview’s open. Phil Seedhouse won his section from Heron 33 catching mainly F1’s on hard pellets for 122lb 0oz while Stu Thomson drew on the canal catching 100lb and Andy Mitchell with 87lb. Then Sunday saw five Nomads fishing on the High pool at Woodland View with Brookfields A.C. Doug Smith won the match from peg 10 fishing short on his trusted soft pellet to place 126lb 0oz on the scales for the match win. Andy Mitchell came 3rd with 82lb while the other Nomads weights were, Stu Thomson 59lb 0oz, Rob Butcher 59lb 0oz and Phil Seedhouse with 49lb 0oz.
